Online Groups/Webinars

Plant Shadow Silhouette

Tailored online services

Our online groups are delivered in a live webinar format, allowing you to attend a professionally curated group service in real-time via Zoom. We offer a range of educational and therapeutic online groups, providing services that are evidence-based, professionally designed and personally delivered by a registered psychologist, all from the comfort of your own home.

Each of our online groups are created to address specific areas of challenge, and achieve a targeted set of goals and intended outcomes. To ensure that the support you receive is relevant to you, we design a range of groups, each targeting a specific population. This allows us to provide more personalised and curated services that can be thoughtfully adapted to meet the unique needs of each group.

Due to the nature of online groups, we unfortunately cannot cater these services to younger children. However, we do provide online groups and webinars designed to support parents and carers of younger children, and offer in-person programs catering to younger age groups.

Dedicated care

Each group is intentionally limited to a maximum of 10 participants, providing a greater level of personalised support for each individual. Maintaining smaller group sizes allows us to facilitate a supportive and collaborative environment, empowering each individual to contribute ideas, ask questions, share their needs, and express their unique thoughts and opinions.

Professionally curated

Each of our online groups are uniquely tailored to suit the intended population and selection of goals. However, when you attend an online group with us, you can expect to receive custom resources and handouts, evidence-based psychoeducation, tailored skills and strategies, and opportunities for collaborative, group-based discussions, as well as opportunities to connect with other group members.

Reassurance provided

When booking our groups, we want you to feel as confident in our services as we do. If you're unsure whether one of our groups may be a good fit for you, please contact us to arrange a complimentary 10minute discovery call to address any questions or concerns you may have. Alternatively, if you prefer email, we are more than happy to email our response addressing your questions.

Please ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before booking, purchasing a ticket, or registering your attendance for any of our group-based services, including but not limited to in-person groups, online groups and webinars, social and peer support groups, events and workshops.
