Therapeutic Resources

Tailor made therapeutic resources
We understand how difficult it can be to find resources, tool kits, handouts or therapy guides that are relevant, helpful, evidence-based, trauma informed, culturally sensitive, neurodiverse affirming, developed by a trained professional and look good. After years of frustration and using resources or handouts that were bland, boring, too "wordy" and just not right, we decided to create our own.
Each therapeutic resource is personally developed, designed and delivered to you by our registered psychologist. When you purchase our resources, you're purchasing years of professional education, training and experience, months of developing and refining ideas, and many, many, hours of creation, to provide you with curated resources to support your personal growth.
Our resources range from information sheets to workbooks, journal prompts to therapy guides, activity pages to exercise sheets and more. They're designed to educate and support you in building skills, developing strategies, increasing self-care, deepening self-understanding, guiding self-reflection, enhancing communication, and accompanying and supporting your therapy journey.
Enhancing choice
To further increase accessibility, we've intentionally designed a variety of resources that can be used independently or in conjunction with each other to 'build' your resource collection over time. We provide the option to purchase select, individual resources, rather than only offering larger, singular resources or bundles, allowing you to better self-pace or select your items based on your needs, budget, or preference.
Clinical yet human
Each of our products has been personally developed, created and refined by our registered psychologist, providing you with a range of original, curated therapeutic content to choose from. All resources are evidence-based and grounded in professional, clinical approaches designed to support and supplement your personal growth, while also being guided by lived experience and anecdotal evidence to provide clinical support that is relevant, relatable, empathetic, and helps you to feel seen.
Supplementing support
Our resources are not intended or designed to be a replacement for professional mental health support or therapy. We recommend using our resources to supplement your engagement in therapy or other supports, to further build your knowledge base or understanding, to guide and enhance self-reflection or journalling, or to add to your existing toolkit of skills and strategies. Our resources are created to support mild presentations and are not designed to support moderate or severe challenges or clinical presentations.
Good things take time
You may notice that our resources section is currently looking a little bare. All good things take time, and our resources are no exception. But never fear - we promise that they are growing and more resources are near!
Unlike our groups, our resources are here for a good time and for a long time. Once they're uploaded to our website, they're here for good and you can purchase them at any time. Complete the form below to be the first to know when new resources have bloomed and are available for purchase and download.
We love hearing from you!
If you have any ideas or suggestions for resources you'd like to see, we'd love to hear them. Simply reach out to us via email, or complete the form on our Contact Us page.
Please ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before purchasing any digital products, including but not limited to our therapeutic resources and online courses.
