Online Courses

Accessible online support
Our online courses are designed to provide indirect support for those who may be unable to attend an in-person or online group, or for those who prefer to engage in a more self-paced, on-demand style of psychoeducation and skill-building.
Online courses are similar to our online groups, however, rather than being delivered in a live webinar format with other group members and direct support from our psychologist, you're accessing a pre-recorded, on-demand and indirect form of support; meaning you can access your course anywhere, anytime, at your own pace, and wherever you feel most comfortable.
We created these courses to increase accessibility to psychoeducation, skill-building and strategy development for mild to moderate presentations. Each course, like our groups, is designed to address a specific topic or area of challenge and achieve a targeted set of goals and intended outcomes; ensuring that you're accessing content that is relevant to you and your personal growth journey.
To further enhance the relevance of our services, each online course is designed to assist a targeted age-group and/or population, allowing us to adapt the content, delivery, materials and resources to better suit you and your needs.
Supplementing growth
As our online courses are an indirect form of support (i.e. you are not receiving "live", direct, or two-way communication with a psychologist), we recommend using them to supplement individual therapy or other supports you may have in place, as a 'refresher' for skills, to build your knowledge base, or to add to your existing tool-kit.
Self-paced delivery
Each course has been developed with a specific set of goals - to build your knowledge base; to increase self-understanding or self-awareness; to enhance your understanding of others; to build your tool kit of coping skills; or to provide you with helpful strategies, tips and tricks. We intentionally design our courses to vary in length and build on one another, allowing you to more easily pace yourself depending on the amount of time you have available, your budget, or how much content you wish to access.
Mindfully created
When purchasing our online courses, you can expect to receive on-demand access to your course and its content, downloadable materials to utilise while completing your course, a range of tailor-made resources to be used during your course and beyond, and mindfully created and delivered content that can be used as a standalone support, or can be built upon with our other groups, courses and therapeutic resources.
Optional follow-up
We understand that sometimes the more you learn or understand, the more questions you may have - it's a completely normal and is a natural part of any personal growth journey! Since our online courses don't provide an opportunity to ask questions in real-time, each online course includes a follow-up session with our psychologist at a reduced rate*

You may notice that our online courses take us longer to release than our groups or resources. All good things take time, and our courses are no exception.
