Social Groups

Creating connections

Connection and support networks are essential for resilience and wellbeing. Humans are social creatures by nature, and we're hardwired to desire connection and a sense of community. That's why we offer social groups designed to bring like-minded humans together, creating a safe space to build relationships and access peer support.

Supported connection building is the goal of each of our social groups. We provide a gentle, low-pressure environment, so that you can feel safe, held and supported. Authenticity is a core values of ours, and we embody this by encouraging each individual to show up exactly as they are - no pressure, no expectations, and no rigid 'rules' that demand masking or compromise autonomy.

Our in-person social groups are held in various locations throughout the Central QLD community, and will often be centred around a flexible, low-pressure activity to help break the ice, and keep nervous hands and minds busy. Meanwhile, our online gatherings are designed to connect individuals who otherwise cannot access our in-person events.

Tailored audiences

We carefully design each of our social groups to hold the balance between inclusivity and exclusivity. This means that each event is tailored to an identified audience with intentionally limited numbers, so that we can maintain the safe, supportive, connection focused environment you deserve.

Thoughtfully designed

No two social groups will be the same, as we intentionally tailor the environment and activities to suit the unique members at each event. However, you can always expect to receive gentle guidance, thoughtful presence and flexible support from our registered psychologist.

Provided reassurance

When booking our groups, we want you to feel as confident in our services as we do. If you're unsure whether one of our groups may be a good fit for you, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so that we may assist you.

Please ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before booking, purchasing a ticket, or registering your attendance for any of our group-based services, including but not limited to in-person groups, online groups and webinars, social and peer support groups, events and workshops.
